greetings from Luneburg Germanz
ok so i tried posting a short message when i was in Berlin Germanz, but apparentlz the post didnt work, so not sure waht that was all about. anywazs, so much since school ended and last post. First did i Mention i hate saying bye! that was rough, its amazinh how close you get to people once u live with them for a few months! After holsby i headed out with around 6 other s to andreas house ( a guy from school) and we went to his place in or near copenhagen denmark. wow what fun that was! As far as teh traveling part goes, i think that those few dazs were my favorite! ti was great just hanging out with friends from all over, getting yelled at by a danish gaurd and other wierd things that came our way! not a lot of sleep, but like i said a lot of fun! the weather was decent enough taht we could go out adn just have a good tiem, but not good enough to ehad to the beach so that was a littel disssapointing, but out of our control. saw the little mermaid, i reallz dont know what the hype is all about for it, the palace (got yelled at there bz the gaurd when me and maria, who is also danish btw sat on the curb!), this old church, this and that and other fun things! Like i said all in all it was awesome and so weird to think we were on an island as it did not feel like one! katie and I left earlx tuesdaz mornign last week for a flight to berlin. Berlin was great, weather was good for walking, whcih we did a ot of! took a few tours in english of aroudn the area and yah what a place, woudl highlz recommend it if zou are ever in the area! Lots of historz and fun and just plain craziness! We did a general walking tour of berlin wihch took teh major sights, i ahve pics, or go on google search berlin pics and those are basicallz what we saw. we re traced hitlers days and his rise and fall to power and ended with where he committed suicide in teh bunker. teh next daz we took a tour of the concentration camp nearbz. it was intense, still not srue what to make of it and i talked with this one guz who was also on the tour, from austrailia, and we wodnered if we are capable of doing what went on there. We saw the original gas chamber for that camp that left after it got destrozed and all, kind of creepy and all. but all in all, learnt so verz much and am so glad i did it. so that is a quick rund down of the last week or so. now though, prayers just for endurance and strength for this last time ehre in europe. Pray that GOd speeds tiem up as i am missing home and yet att the same time, that i still enjoy it, and course, when i flz home, pray for saftez and all then. tack much! not sure when i will get on computer next! until we meet! cherish life

greetings from oslo, oh no wait, HOLSBY!
Hey
So travel weekend came and went. Where did i go? Well if you didn't read the email i sent, I headed off t
o Oslo Norway with one other person. All in all it was good, although lets just put it this wway, Stockholm is better. If i were to come back, which i really hope to, I would take in stockholm and if anything, Northern Norway, not oslo again. It was good, it served its purpose for the weekend, but I wouldnt plan a trip around it. So the first few pics are from the 94 o
lympic ski jump. it was quite a sight to go all the way to the top and look down over the area and then also over Oslo and area. That was awesome. The stairs walking up were intense! Those athletes that climb them, wow would would ahve guessed!
We did that friday
morning, took the T bane to it, sort of cool. The pic of me eating was at the Oslo hard rock cafe, very very good food! BLT roll sandwhich! The castle was awesome super awesome, for sure the best part of it for me! You know me and my castles! I wonder what it would have been like to live in that time, crazy i imagine. It over looked the har
bour and I cant imagine people attacking it back when, why would you want to wreck something liek taht? The dueongon was super
awesome as well, creepy but worth it. It would have sucked to have been a prisoner then though. The view was quite something. Kind of contridicting tho cuase on one side you had old, midevil times and then looked behind you and yoiu saw modern Oslo in the 21st century. Being in th
e castle walls was a whole new experience! A really good day with really good weather
Saturday was a bit drearier as fasr as weather goes. We took a boat tour of the harbour whioch was still amazing, but had it been sunny, it would have been waaay better! but again still amazing fun. The rest of the day, personally i feel was wasted as we just shoped. which was fine for the first few hours, but once you have been in on H&M (stuff
right off the run way, only 2 stores of those in canada, thank goodness!) you have been in all of them. U know me, dont care for shopping no matter what country i am in! ok so thats it for pics for now, although i still ahve lots lots more! check iwth my mom if you want to see more pics!

Lord of the Rings, nature and Beauty
so i went for a walk this afternoon out to a place where i havent been yet and found this super cool little house, which also looks abadoned, seems like such a waste to just let them sit there and rot. There was also this little thing that reminded me straight out of LOTR. It was so cool, my brothers would be jealous! Its amazing how forgranted i take things liek that here already. I never would have known had i not gone out and looked. I was so tempted to just sit outside, which i did after, but it just shows that you must get up and go out to see new things. Once again, sweden is so amazing and beautiful and i would for sure recommend it! enjoy the pics and i am off to OSLO tomorrow! Pray for saftey please!
ok well pics are not working to upload here i will put some up when i can!

Oh and did i mention that there were also fireworks! I must say the fire works almost beat towns on July 1, how bad is that? Then, if i put them up, pics from this afternoon of me goofing off and taking pics of
buildings i found on a little
walk, sort of fun

what an amazing day
hey all!
what an amazing day! Not in the sense that I have done anything different or anything liek that, but sky is blue, sun is out, birds are singing! Its just a nice springy type day out! It makes me r
eally enjoy where I am a little bit more! PLus any day from God is amazing and fun, or at least if we make it be. Anyways, its 1:40 on this fine saturday afternoon and why am I on computer then you may ask if its so nice out? well,
too send pics home for starting, and then to update this and check something things out for travel weekend and all! So here are a few random pics from the trip to town this morning and other things. Swedish towns are so nice! so old andjust the way the buildings are made and everythign just makes it really cute and fun! There was a farmers market type things going on and in
the back was someone playing saxaphone over a mic so the whole
atmosphere was just fun! What else is up for today? Not really sure I have a book report that i have to work on, which i have started but yah need to finish. Last night we had a student organized talent show. it was really good, lots of laughs! Everything from two germans singing the german national anthem to singing with a guitar a song he wrote, to the pic of the people with shirts on their heads! (a good youth thing nathan!) to kind of a bachlor type show at the end to "doctor Doctor" t
hat skit thingy it was good. After we hung out in the BIK and played dutch blitz for
a few hours! I was actaulyl the last one in our room for the evenign which is rare! But it was really good and those cards are really geting their work out! Who would have guessed they were new a few months a go, oh really random, less then 8 months to christmas! crazy! So yah that is a short update from here. I guess you figered already that life is good and lots of fun! enjoy the pics! sorry if the layout is wierd!
