As some of you know...i will be embarking on another journey come Jan. 4 2010 with SBC. As a group of third years, we will be off to the Philippines for 18 days. We will be going with Action ministries. Reason for this post, is not to talk about MX (though Email me if you want more details on that-but an email will be coming out soon), but to ask for prayer for the country. Not sure if you are following the news...but there is massive flooding going on right now...right in the area where we will be (though the people who we will be working with, are safe as is their organization anda ll) Check out this link for a few more details..
but Yah, Pray for the country, for the people, for those greiving and those still missing, Pray for the government that theywill allow help to come in. Pray to God Almighty that HE will move through this country and people during thsi time...
